Common Questions About Insurance and Billing.
How do I know if my insurance covers mental health services?
Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask whether your plan covers outpatient psychiatric services and what your copay or coinsurance is. Our team can also help you verify your benefits before your first appointment.
Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
Please contact our office directly to inquire about Medicaid and Medicare acceptance in your state, as coverage and participation may vary by location and provider.
What if my insurance is not on your accepted list?
Contact us before assuming we cannot help. We are continually expanding our insurance network. We may also be able to see you as a self-pay patient and provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Is telehealth covered by insurance?
Most major insurance plans now cover telehealth services for psychiatric care, though coverage varies by plan. We recommend confirming telehealth coverage with your insurer before your first virtual appointment.
When is payment due?
Payment or insurance copays are collected at the time of service. For self-pay patients, full payment is due at the time of your appointment. Please contact us in advance if you have questions about billing.
